  1. Title
    This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.
    ‘Dear Doctor, Dear Lawyer, etc… ‘ useful to ensure a good management and the success of the automated mailing service operations.
  1. Position
    This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.
    This field is usually assigned to the definition of the profession, if it is known.
  1. Address
    This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.
    This field is useful to specify the address types indicated in the same personal profile (e.g. Home, Office, Second Home, etc. …)
    If it is necessary to indicate second or alternative addresses, it is possible to consult the specified section at chapter Alternative Address.
  1. Fiscal Code
    In the guests archive, the “fiscal code” field can display the automatic calculation function (the function is enabled upon request).
    The automatic calculation of the fiscal code is performed only if surname and name, date, place and province of birth are complete. If not, an alert notifies which details are missing.
  1. VAT Number
    The VAT Number field, which is necessary in case you are uploading the personal profile of a Guest who is the holder of an individual company, is subjected to a control as far as the formal validity of the code entered is concerned. For instance:
    In this case the user can override the code entered – which will be considered correct – and save data.
    The button next to the symbol (!) indicates the code entered is formally correct (or the user considers it so).
  1. Internet
    Field used to store the website of the guest.
  1. E Mail
    In all the e-mail fields included in the personal profiles, the “validation” function of the e-mail field has been implemented with specific controls of the value consistency.
  1. VIP
    This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key. The VIP classification is defined by the system administrator, respecting the corporate policy.

  1. Fidelity
    This field can be used to register the Membership Card number, where existing.
  1. Alert
    This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.
    By alert is meant, generally, a ‘‘signal’‘; the system will indicate those profiles having alerts with a pop up on a red background, thus inviting the user to consult that record carefully.

  1. Rank
    This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.
    It might be useful for recording the degree of satisfaction found during quality surveys carried out to know the value of the services offered and how guests perceive them. To Set Up items see Basic Table RANK – SATISFACTION.
  1. Mailing
    To specify if the guest agrees to receive e-mails and/or mail from the hotel. The items possible are:
  • ‘Yes’: the profile will be taken into account by the system for the extrapolation of the record for all those automatic operations by Scrigno such as mailing, printing labels, sending fax, sending SMS.
  • ‘No’: the profile must not be taken into account in the case of the above-mentioned automatic operations.
  • ‘E-Mail only’: the profile must be taken into account for e-mail communication only.
  1. Notes
    General Notes.
  1. Origin
    This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.
    This field is useful for defining the Sales activity or the Source that provided this record to the hotel, with the purpose of evaluating the business potentially acquired thanks to some initiatives or commercial activities. To Set Up items see Basic Table ORIGIN.
