Insert New Item (Dish)

Please follow the instructions below on how to Insert an new Item (Dish) into the EasyMeal Web system.

*Menù > Items > Items

1. At the entrance the mask is empty: to view the inserted items, click on the search button or press the F8 key.

2. Select the Insert function

3. Enter the data relating to the New Item (Name – Description, Prod. Group, Units of Measure, VAT Rate, Description R1, Description R2, Price)

4. Save your changes with the (color-blue) Save or press the (color-blue) F10 key

5. Tip for faster and easier input of an New Item: in case of insertion of an item with a product group / similar characteristics (unit of measure, VAT rate, description) we recommend to use the function Duplicate Dish

The system stores information on the product group, unit of measurement, VAT rate and price from the item (dish) copied. Just change the different information before saving the change.
