  1. INSERTING AN OPINION OR SATISFACTION ITEM
  • Click the button indicated.
  • Code field: enter an identification code for the type of opinion expressed. The code cannot consist of more than 5 characters, alphanumeric.
  • Description field: briefly describe the item considered.
  • Click the button indicated to save the data entered.
  1. DELETING AN OPINION OR SATISFACTION ITEM
    To delete a satisfaction item, it is necessary that the item has never been used before.
  • Search for the item to delete in the form.
  • Select the record and click the button indicated.
  • Click the button indicated to confirm the operation. If the system does not allow saving, contact Gp Dati assistance service to evaluate together the need to apply modifications.
