In the fifth and last section of the ‘Profile’ form of the guest profile, there is the handling of ‘OTHER ADDRESSES’.
It is possible to specify more than one address provided by the guest; e.g. second residence, Summer home, Winter home, Office etc…
In order to enter other addresses, it is necessary to specify beforehand in the first profile form (see section Specified for section Profile) which type of address refers to that residence.
In the example shown here, the guest resides in a certain place (Address indicated in the 1st Profile form), but works in another (Address indicated in the section ‘Alternative Addresses’).

  1. Address Type
    This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.
  1. Address of Reference for Mailing
    The flag on the ‘Mail’ box indicates which addresses, among all alternative addresses indicated, automatic e-mails from the system or marketing communication will be sent. Two records with the flag ‘Mail’ and the same hotel code cannot exist. If there are not any reports, the system will always use the e-mail address/address indicated in the first profile. (Section Profile).
  1. Address for Accounts Receivables
    The flag ‘Acc.Rec.’ indicates which address the text relating to the management of accounts receivables.
    Two records with the flag ‘Acc.Rec.’ and the same hotel code cannot exist. If there are not any reports, the system will always use the e-mail address/address indicated in the first profile. (At section Profile).
  1. Telephone Numbers or E-mail Addresses
    These buttons are useful for entering each alternative address, corresponding telephone numbers or additional e-mail addresses.
