In the folder SALES of the guest profile there are two sub-sections:
VISITS: available only if the SFA form is enabled (See Sales Force Automation). In this section, it is possible to indicate all business activities carried out or to be organised with the guest, such as meetings, follow-ups, site inspections, breakfasts etc… Together with a purely descriptive field intended for free notes, it is possible to determine the progress of the activity (‘Active’ or ‘Closed’).
INITIATIVES: In SCRIGNO every extrapolation carried out for mailing service purposes is defined as ‘Initiative’.
The form automatically fills in once the profile is included in a specific guest sample that is the addressee of an e-Commerce campaign or mailing service. (For more information about this topic, see the section specific for the specific form in Marketing Automation).
For instance, in the screenshot shown below, it can be inferred that the guest in question is included in the ‘Christmas cards’ campaign carried out automatically by the system between 10th and 20th December 2008.
