Guest Stays Form

Each guest’s STAY form is filled in automatically by the system while users check out the files registered with their name.

By double-clicking on the line of the stay that you wish to operate, it is possible to view the whole file of the reservation selected.
By clicking the button at the bottom ‘Production’, it will be possible to view the production data realised by the Guest during the selected stay.
By clicking the button at the bottom ‘Sharing Guests’, it will be possible to view the names of possible sharing guests.
The details reported here can also be viewed during the reservation, by clicking the ‘binoculars’ button next to the guest name.
