Guest Personal Profile: Mandatory fields

The mandatory fields of a Guest personal profile are shown here (blue background):

1. Guest Surname
   
   It is advisable to enter or search for the detail by respecting the orthographical standards imposed by Management.
   (E.g. The whole surname in capital letters such as ‘‘ROSSI’‘, or the first letter in Capitals and the rest in small letters, such as ‘‘Rossi’‘)

2. Guest Name
   
   It is advisable to enter or search for the detail by respecting the orthographical standards imposed by Management
   (E.g. The whole name in capital letters such as ‘‘MARIO’‘, or the first letter in Capitals, the rest in small letters, such as ‘‘Mario’‘)

3. Guest Type
   
   This field is not open, but the user has to select among the available items in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.
   This field is the first level of subdivision of one’s own personal profile archive. The Set Up and the management of items are carried out by the System administrator (Basic Table GUEST TYPE).

4. Address
   
   It is advisable to enter the detail by respecting the orthographical standards imposed by Management.
   .

5. City and Country
   
   These fields are not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.

6. Nation
   
   This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.

7. Language of Correspondence
   
   This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key. Selecting the language of correspondence enables the System to automatically recover the template in the language of the guest among the templates provided.

8. Province and Postal Code
   
   The Province field is mandatory only in the case of Italian Guests. This field is not open, but the user has to select among the items available in the menu displayed by pressing the F9 key.
