The following benefits are available to all full-time employees. A full-time employee is one whose contract is for 30 hours or more per week. The plan year for GRACE insurance benefits runs from January 1st – December 31st.
Health Insurance
Medical coverage is available through United Healthcare (via UMR) to all full-time employees. A portion of employee premiums are paid by GRACE. Linked in the ALL School HUB.
If the date of hire is the first date of a month, insurance benefits begin on that date. Otherwise, insurance benefits begin on the first date of the month following the date of hire. Rates for all insurance plans may be found in the printable summary linked above.
If you are enrolled in any of our medical plans, you have access to Telehealth-MeMD with Health Advocate. Services should be accessed through the Health Advocate Website Telehealth-MeMD Health Advocate or by calling (877) 342-8848.

Dental Insurance

Basic Term Life and AD&D Insurance
Basic Term Life & AD&D Insurance in the amount of $25,000 is provided through UNUM and is fully paid by GRACE Christian School. An additional Term Life & AD&D Insurance policy is available and is employee paid.
Disability Insurance
Long-term and short-term disability are provided through Aetna and are fully paid by GRACE Christian School. A copy of GRACE’s Group Disability Plan may be found here and the Short-Term Disability Claim Form may be found here. It is the responsibility of the employee to begin the process with regard to short-term disability claim processing.
Flexible Spending Accounts
