Lower Campus Dismissal
Lower Campus students are dismissed at 3:00 p.m.
- At the 2:50 bell, students should clean up desk and floor areas and prepare books and materials to go home. Teachers should supervise all students as they get their belongings from their lockers in the hallway.
- Teachers should have the google sheet for dismissal displayed in each homeroom class and students should be seated, quiet, and ready for dismissal by 2:55.
- Teachers must ensure that students watch the google sheet and that they remain quiet and attentive during dismissal so that any announcements made during this time will be heard.
- After Care students should remain in their homerooms until they are picked up by an After Care staff member.
- Once the carpool line has ended, all remaining car riders will be called to the lobby to wait for their parents to arrive.
- Students not picked up by 3:30 (or whenever carpool is complete) will be escorted to After Care and signed in. A parent/guardian will be notified that his/her child is in After Care, and appropriate fees will be assessed.
Dismissal time on Early Release Days is 11:45 a.m.
