All faculty and staff members will faithfully and regularly attend and financially support a local church whose fundamental beliefs agree with the GRACE’s Statement of Faith (Hebrews 10:25). GRACE’s faculty and staff’s relationship with the Lord and their commitment to the mission of the local church is essential to the health and growth of GRACE. In order to thrive in their school ministry at GRACE, each facility and staff member must prioritize the local church where they can have the support of a church family, be under solid Biblical teaching and to be lovingly held accountable to God’s Word. Each August, faculty and staff members will affirm their church home.
If new faculty and staff members are new to the area, we encourage them to be actively finding a church home within a calendar year. If a current faculty and staff members are in a current church transition, they should strive to find a new church home within a calendar year. Faculty and staff members who are having a difficult time finding a church home should reach out to administration to help support them in their search.
