Offset by a point button

‘Offset by a point 按点偏移’ 的操作与 ‘Offset 偏移’ 功能 类似, 但给出偏移距离是通过单击（或测量）指定点，而不是通过输入数值指定点。

要使用此功能:

  1. 选择 ‘Offset by a point 按点偏移’。
  1. 单击要偏移的图元。
  1. 单击、轻触或测量该图元应偏移到的点。
