Follow the below instructions to start using the Celiveo Web Admin:

  1. Install the Admin Browser Agent
    The Admin Browser Agent is software that is locally installed to allow synchronization with local printers. It needs to be downloaded in order to add physical printers. The download is prompted at startup in a popup window.

2. Add a Microsoft Universal Print queue that will be published to the customer tenant
3. Add a physical printer and synchronize it.
Please see this section to learn how to add printers.
4. Go to the workstation that is linked to the cloud domain tenant and add the MUP printer that was published.
5. Submit a print job
6. Generate your ID code (see details below)
7. Authenticate on the printer with your ID code.
8. Release your print job

ID Code Generation

The button opens the ID Code generation portal (https://pin.celiveo365.com/) that allows users to generate ID codes to authenticate on printers.
To generate an ID code:

  1. Log in to the ID Code generation portal using valid Microsoft Credentials.
  2. Click the button.
  3. Your ID code is displayed on-screen and sent to your email address.
