Basis Technologies-led Upgrades
Basis Technologies strongly recommend that a BDEx upgrade is performed with assistance from one of our Solution Specialists. This ensures that you will receive all of the benefits of new functionality and best practice is applied.In addition, training will be provided on the new features plus we can ensure any issues encountered during the Upgrade process can be addressed in a timely fashion since we are directly involved in the process.

If you are interested in upgrading to latest BDEx version with assistance from Basis Technologies, please contact your Account Manager to discuss next steps.

Customers Self-Upgrades
For any customers that choose to upgrade BDEx themselves, remote support will be provided by Basis Technologies to our standard support terms. However if a customer self-upgrade causes any issues to the existing BDEx configuration or ongoing usage of the tool, then any Basis Technologies corrective actions will potentially be chargeable on a Time & Materials basis.

If you are wanting to upgrade to BDEx yourself, please still inform your Account Manager so that the software and appropriate license keys can be provided.
