Main Menu — System — System Tables — User Profiles
This is where New Users to the LandMark System can be set up.
The user can then:
- add restrictions in access, viewing and editing
- log system time
- be assigned tasks
- customize font size and type
- customize sketch preferences
- customize desktop preferences
To View Current User Profile
CLICK the previous record or record buttons
to view
To Edit User
- Find the User to Edit (see above)
- CLICK the edit button
and make changes.
- CLICK X and OK to save
To Add a New User
- CLICK the new button
- TYPE in new User Information and Preferences
- CLICK X and Yes to save
To View/Edit Restrictions
- CLICK on the Restrictions Tab
If the user canceled while creating a new user, the Group ID would be changed to 0 on the record the user was on when creating the new record.
If you try to create a new user with a user code that already exists you will receive a message that the code is already in use. Allowing this caused issues with logging in for those users.
