To streamline the process, an iNeed catalog item, “GID – Duplicate Index Number”, exists in the Umoja catalogue. The GID Requestor or GID Administrators would need to submit an iNeed ticket through Unite Service Desk (USD) as Service Request in lieu of an email message to “HR Help Desk.” The iNeed system will automatically create a work order that will be routed to Umoja HR Operational Support Desk queue.




For agencies that cannot raise an iNeed ticket, you may continue to send your queries/issues directly to hrhelpdesk@un.org.
