The last step in your competition preparation is adding the starting orders for your sessions.
Depending on discipline, you will find different ways of creating the starting order.
- For rotating disciplines, such as Artistic Gymnastics, the will be as many blocks (squads) as you have rotations. Each block will have its list of assigned participants and will start its competition on an apparatues determined by the order of exercises and the number of rest rotations (if applicable).
- For disciplines where panels can work in parallel (and participants perform one or multiple exercises at the same panel), such as trampoline or tumbling, there will be one block of participants per rotation and per panel.
- For disciplines which are generally performed on a single floor, with one or more judge panels alternating, such as Acrobatic and Rhythmic Gymnastics, the working order consists of the list of exercises (participant + exercise type) in order of appearance.
The working order is attached to the sessions. To see and work on the order of a session, click on the Order button next to the name of the session in the overview list.
In the order page, you can change the order by drag and drop, either moving participants or exercises within a block, between blocks or adding them to a block from the available participants list on the right.
It is also possible to have the software create the starting order for you, by clicking the auto fill blocks button on the bottom left of the page.
The parameters used to create an order to your liking, can be set in the planning configuration page (Settings icon on the top of the shcedule page).
