Paraclete Aviation Life Support Limited Warranty
The warranty covers parts and labor for the following items:
- One year for electronics
- Five years for helmet shell
If the item cannot be repaired, then Paraclete will replace or substitute for an equivalent item.
The party filing a claim shall contact support@paracletelifesupport.com with their issue.
The party is responsible for shipping the product back to 1760 Jardco Drive, Clarksville, TN 37040. Paraclete Aviation Life Support (Paraclete) will be responsible for the return shipment.
The coverage includes manufacturing defects and issues that occur through normal wear. It does not cover the improper use of safety equipment.
The manufacturer, Paraclete, recommends that helmets be inspected annually and records maintained. Refurbishments should be conducted every (3) three years by experienced, certified, or equivalent personnel.
Boa® provides replaceable parts at no charge for the life of the product. To obtain warranty replacement parts, visit our warranty page, https://ParacleteLifeSupport.com/File-Warranty-Claim/. We try to process returns and replacement parts as quickly as possible and usually within two weeks; however, we reserve the right to take up to 8 weeks for processing.
Restocking Fee and Return Policy
1. Restocking Fee
All returns of products purchased from Paraclete Aviation Life Support are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. This restocking fee is assessed to cover the costs associated with the processing and handling of returned items.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
• The return request must be made within 30 days of product shipment.
• The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
• The product must not be damaged, altered, or used.
3. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the total refund amount. The remaining balance will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• Custom or special-order products
• All helmets that are not a standard paint color are considered custom
• Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

6. Modifications to Policy
Paraclete Aviation Life Support reserves the right to modify or amend this restocking fee and return policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels.
