The following guidelines are provided to assist you in properly entering a conference into Frontline for approval. If your request is denied, you will receive an email from Frontline notifying you to check your account for the denial reason. If you have any issues entering your conference request, please submit a ticket to the BOSC.
- Any conference request that totals $150.00 or more must reach the Assistant Superintendent’s office at least three weeks before the monthly Board of Education meeting.
- If the total cost of your conference and travel equals $149.00 or less, approval from your direct supervisor, building principal, and assistant superintendent is needed. BOE approval is not necessary.
- All conference requests must have back-up paperwork. This can include a formal description of the conference from an official website, an itinerary, an email communication confirming registration, or a copy of your registration form.
Requests for reimbursement must be put through the Alio Employee Portal, not through Frontline. Please be sure to read the following guidelines for reimbursement before beginning your Employee Portal request.
