- The “Activity Details” section asks for the nature, purpose, and description of your conference. After completing this, you’ll need to upload back-up documentation. If you are using a page from a website, you must save the page to your google drive and paste the link in the box labeled “URL for backup paperwork.”
!Make sure sharing permissions are turned on. See the“Before You Begin Your Request Form” section of this manual if you need help turning on sharing permissions.

- If you prefer to attach a document that is saved locally on your computer, please be sure you followed the steps in the “Before You Begin Your Request Form” section of this manual. You will then see your saved document in the “Attach Supporting Material” box. Check the box next to the document name to attach it.
