You can check the status of your conference by logging into your Frontline account and viewing the stage of approval.

In the Approval Summary, there are two approval types: Prior and Final.
Prior approval must be obtained from your supervisor and building principal before the BOE date. Once the BOE approves your conference, the assistant superintendent will approve the last Prior stage.

Notice that there are two Final approvals from the Assistant Superintendent’s Secretary and the Assistant Superintendent. These approvals only occur when you have completed the Post-conference procedures, found next in this manual.
