1. Log on to your Professional Growth account in Frontline.
  1. Back-up documentation will be required in the Activity Details section of the conference form. This can include a formal description of the conference from an official website, an itinerary, an email communication confirming registration, or a copy of your registration form.
  1. If you prefer, you can attach back-up paperwork as a PDF or Word doc instead. Back-up paperwork that is a PDF or Word doc must be uploaded BEFORE starting your conference request form. You can do this by clicking on_ My Info__ — _My File Library on the left side of the screen.

  1. Click the “Add File” button to upload a saved document from your computer. You will then be able to attach the file to your conference form in the “Attach Supporting Material” section of the conference request form.
