All conferences, no matter the cost, must have a completed post-conference report and be finalized in Frontline.

1. Within 5 days after the workshop, log back into Frontline and find your conference request in the Learning Plan section. Click the blue Manage button next to your conference.

2. The Manage screen is divided into three sections: Activity Details, Approval Status, and Actions.

3. In the Actions section, click on the CONFERENCE/WORKSHOP REPORT

4. Complete the Conference/Workshop Report form entirely. Then click “Save.” A confirmation box will appear.

5. After completing the Conference/Workshop report, click the Mark Complete box in the Actions section of your page.

6. After your conference is marked complete, the Activity Completion screen will be displayed. Please disregard the Receipts/Certificate of Completion section. Simply click Submit

7. After submitting your post-conference report, you can view the status of your request. If your request is Awaiting Final Credit, wait for the final status to change to Recently Completed before submitting any reimbursement requests to the Alio Employee Portal.

8. When the conference has been fully approved, it will move to Recently Completed.

If you have no reimbursement requests, the process is finished.
