6.1. Accessing the CAPA application

The CAPA application is part of the larger Quality Management System (QMS) application suite.

1. From the Home Page, click on CAPA.

2. Selecting CAPA directs users to the following subcategories:
   • New CAPA
   • CAPA List
   • CAPA Reminder

*To access visual representations of CAPA metrics, refer to the CAPA Dashboard. This module can be found in the QMS Dashboard application. For more information on the contents of this module, click here.

*To access a comprehensive list of the action items created within the CAPA application, refer to the Action Item List. This module is located in the Action Items application.
