Updating Your Password

Once you have authenticated to the HITRUST MyCSF Portal, you will be placed on the Portal Landing Page. Click the Change Password URL located beneath the MyCSF and Administrator’s Tool icons.

A form will emerge that possesses two password fields. Input your desired password twice in both of the included text boxes, and if matching, the current password on file will be updated to reflect the one just provided. Please note that the password will have to meet the policy outlined below.

!The Password Complexity Requirements for the MyCSF Portal are as follows:
• At least Eight (8) Characters in Length.
• Minimum of One (1) Upper-Case Alphabetic Character. (e.g. A,B,C etc…)
• Minimum of One (1) Lower-Case Alphabetic Character. (e.g. a,b,c etc…)
• Minimum of One (1) Numerical Value. (e.g. 1,2,3 etc…)
• Minimum of One (1) Non-Alphanumeric Character (e.g. !,@,# etc…)
