There are many options to answer an Assessment Statement for the client at hand.

Answering an Assessment Statement

First option is to agree with the statement and change the status of this object from ‘Assessor Review Pending’ to ‘Assessor Review Complete’

Second option is to disagree with the statement with one or more thumbs down on a and writing a comment in the field marked ‘Assessor Comments’ thus turning the ‘Assessor Review Pending’ filter to ‘Response for Assessor Needed’ requiring the client to provide feedback and/or evidence.

Third option is to ‘Take back’ your reverted statement by pressing ‘Take back’ where normally the ‘Save’ button would be placed in order to change the filter status of that statement from ‘Response for Assessor Needed’ to Assessor Review Complete’ if you have decided that you agree with the entire statement.

Taking back your statement
  1. On your Table of Assessment Domains, choose one that is relevant to your interest.
  2. A list of your Assessment Statements will appear; select one that you would like to begin the assessor process.
  3. Place a thumbs up or thumbs down on any of the maturity values after your evaluations with the appropriate comment in the field marked ‘Assessor Comments’.
  4. Press ‘Save’.
