- After authenticating through the MyCSF Portal click on ‘Administration’ in the top Menu bar.
- Click on the ‘Subscriber’ you wish to edit.
- Click on one of your users in the Users table and press ‘Reset Password’ to receive an email for resetting your password.
- Press ‘Submit’ to save your changes. An email with details about your password reset will be sent to your email address.
*Note: If you are the administrator for one organization, that option will be automatically selected.
!The Password Complexity Requirements for the HITRUST MyCSF Portal are as follows:
• At least Eight (8) Characters in Length.
• Minimum of One (1) Upper-Case Alphabetic Character. (e.g. A,B,C etc…)
• Minimum of One (1) Lower-Case Alphabetic Character. (e.g. a,b,c etc…)
• Minimum of One (1) Numerical Value. (e.g. 1,2,3 etc…)
• Minimum of One (1) Non-Alphanumeric Character (e.g. !,@,# etc…)
