INTRODUCTION
  • We must never touch or handle cones with our hands.
  • When placing cones out into the cone display unit, use gloves, napkins or the paper/bubble wrap surrounding the product.
  • Handle cones carefully to prevent breakages/stock damage.
  • Cones must be returned to their respective cone boxes at the end of every day – ensure they are wrapped/covered.
PICKING A CONESERVING A CUSTOMER

  • Following the instructions above, you will need only one napkin to handle a cone and prepare it for a customer.
  • Make sure the Gino’s logo faces outwards.
  • Keep the napkin unwrinkled and straight throughout the process.
