INTRODUCTION
- The stainless steel ceiling should be cleaned at least once a month.
- Outlets preparing Hot Food e.g. Crepes & Waffles may find the ceiling gets dirtier more often
- Coloured Bulbs should be cleaned every 2-3 months. High Street outlets may need to clean their bulbs more often than outlets in Shopping Malls
- Never work at a height or on a ladder alone in the outlet. Make sure there is someone with you when cleaning the ceiling.
