There is no Gelatin in our Gelato. There is however Gelatin in some products that are added.
For example, there is (in some recipes) gelatin used in the production of marshmallows.
Marshmallow is used in Rocky Road, Crepes, Hot Chocolate.
Turkish Delight (in some cases) contains Gelatin. This is used in Rocky Road Gelato.
