If you get your STB and when switched on it gets stuck on the screen saying loading. Please try rebooting both the router and the STB, if this fails and does not resolve the issue please speak to Customer Services via the 24 hour live chat service at www.expatvision.net and ask them to un bind your subscription, this will then load the system with no channels and you will need to check recordings and delete any recordings. Once you have done this Support can then bind your subscription back to active. Note on the Entertainment package the screen would be Green background with blue loading bar.
