Telephone Recovery Support (TRS) and Recovery Coach (RC) logs document the services your organization provides to program participants, which captures notes and referrals made. To complete a TRS or RC Log, you can either click the grey “New TRS” or “New RC” button, or scroll to the bottom of a participant’s page click on the “TRS Log” or “RC Logs” tab then click the grey “New TRS Logs” or “New RC Logs” button.
