Once you’ve successfully uploaded images and files, you can begin filling out the information the consultant or specialist needs to make a diagnosis.

You have the choice to change the contact information for the requester by changing the “Send on Behalf Of” drop down. This facilitates multiple users to utilize Community under the same login and allows the consultant to receive better clarity on who exactly sent the request.

Complete the patient background field with as much pertinent information as the consultant would need to properly make a diagnosis. You can format text as you do with other editors.

By default all images are selected from the DICOM files you selected to be sent with the request. If there are some you do not want to send with the report request, simply click on them to remove them.

By default, the email in the user profile will be populated in the notifications field. You can add more email addresses – just starting typing.
