In some cases you may not have all reports and images ready for uploading at the time you start the submission. Depending on how the Sale company configures each sale, you may have some options to add to a partially complete submission. Contact the Sale company if you’re not aware of the specific rule configurations for the Sale.

To add to a submission, simply select “Start Consultation” button and choose the same Sale company, Sale, and Hip/Lot number.

If you receive the following error, the Sale company has marked the submission as complete and you cannot add to it. Contact the Sale company if you need to do so.

If you receive the following notification, the Sale company has already received all non-image files for this entry. The Sale company allows allow you to add DICOM images to the entry.

If you receive the following notification, the Sale company has already received all images for this entry. The sale company will only allow non-DICOM attachments to be added to the entry.
