The symptoms or status of an emergency patient often changes quickly. Did you send in a report request and receive additional information that you want the consultant to receive? Simply add an addendum to the report request.
Click on the report request that is listed in the incomplete Teleconsultation list. Scroll to the bottom and select the “+ New Addendum” button.
A screen where you can write up additional information for the consultant will appear. You can also add studies you’ve already uploaded or upload additional studies.
