Each Sale company will has their own image submission requirements. Keystone Community will attempt to match all your submitted images with the sale requirements. If any
of your images do not match the requirements they will be listed on the left hand side of the screen and you can manually match them to the images necessary for submission.

You can either select the image from the left-hand side and then select the corresponding image description on the right or simply drag and drop the image.

Some Sale companies will require a description if you match an image with the “Extra Image” thumbnail. The information you provide will appear as text on the thumbnail for that image.

Please confirm the Hip/Lot number, Dam, Sire, Consigner, and the number of images listed on the confirmation screen before finalizing the submission.

You can enter additional emails to receive automatic notifications when the Sale company marks the submission as complete. By default, this field is populated with the email associated with the Community user.

After the submission is complete, you will be able to immediately submit the another submission. The default is to the same Sale company and sale. Click on “Start Consultation if you need to submit to a different Sale company.
