Overview
Time Clock entries errors can be edited on the Payroll Labor Hours report. To edit, mouse over Reports and click Reports.
On the Reports List Page, mouse over the Payroll Labor Hours and click VIEW.
This will take you to the Payroll Hours page. Select the Date Range, the Employee. Itemize and Transaction Entry Mode can be left to their default values. The results will be populated in the Labor Hours box below. Click the employee’s name to pull display the time clock records for the date range specified.
Click the Edit Pencil icon under the Actions Column to modify an entry.
If the entry is a Time Clock entry, a window will open for you to adjust the start time and stop time. AMI will ensure the “new” start and stop times DO NOT overlap with other time clock transactions for that user. Make the necessary adjustments and press the blue Confirm button top save your changes.
If the entry is a Manual entry, a window will open for you to adjust the hours total. Make the necessary adjustments and press the blue Confirm button top save your changes.
