January 2020

VOTED EC 20.1.1
The committee voted to accept the treasurer’s motion to disengage the auditing contract with Billy Earp and to engage a new auditor to begin where Earp finished. This will most likely begin with fiscal year 2015. It is noted that Earp lost his WV auditing license.

VOTED EC 20.1.2
The committee agreed to appoint the following to the Audit Committee: Bruce Dalton, Daniel Warntz, and Paul Wangerin. They will meet in conjunction with the treasurer.

January 2021

VOTED via E-Mail EC 21.1.1
The Executive Committee agreed by unanimous consent to approve the contract for the DEM Rev. Sherri Schaffer for the fiscal year beginning 1 Jan 2021 until the Synod Council will meet to take action on 6 February 2021.
