Our Ministry of Worship
• Our year – 33 Weeks
• Avg. attendance per week = 27.3
• Cumulative worship attendees = 901
WVU student/faculty/staff

Our Ministry of Formation
• Icon writing seminar (fall) & Developing a personal “monastic” rule (spring)
• 5 weeks long (both) with 26 total participants

Our Ministry of Presence
• Pastoral conversation:
o 19 individuals (students/faculty/staff), 33 intentional meetings
o Topics covered: participation in holy communion, individual confession, divorce, past trauma, academic trouble, grief, relationship Issues, general stress, substance abuse, spiritual distress, seeking/searching

Our Ministry of Engagement
• Free lemonade & hot dog on first two days of school
• Hosted screening of PBS documentary on Luther
• Wurst Dinner – Reformation commemoration (Sponsor: WVU Grad/Undergrad History Club)
Included joint Lutheran-Roman Catholic prayer service
• Hosted screening of PBS documentary: Almost Sunrise (topic: moral injury) on Veterans’ Day
• Offered the prayer at the WVU Veterans’ Day Breakfast
• Presented on Lutheranism and Luther to the Mountaineer Catholic Student Group
• Offered invocation at spring ROTC commissioning

Our Ministry of Mission to Soldiers and their Families
• Assisted in 1 military funeral
• 13 communion services
• 8 prayer offices
• 137 cumulative worship attendance
o Represented: Lutheran, Roman Catholic, Methodist, American Baptist, Full-Gospel, Evangelical Free, Christian and Missionary Alliance, Mormon, Non-Denom, Muslim, Buddhist, Jedi, agnostic, and atheist
• Counseled 38 Soldiers
• Arranged for financial and material assistance for 3 Soldiers
• Counseled 5 Soldiers involved in sexual harassment situations
• Conducted suicide intervention/prevention services for 3 Soldiers
• Visited 4 Soldiers in hospital
• Conducted pre-marital counseling with a Soldier and fiancée
• Officiated at 1 baptism
o The infant daughter (now a member of Mt. Calvary LC in Erie, PA) of a Soldier and veteran spouse whose wedding I officiated at Mt. Calvary in August, 2016
