You can open the “Working Hours” section from the main menu.

When clicking on a specific date, the form for entering a new schedule opens. From here, you can choose whether to enter consultation hours or a break.
You can select a longer period, such as a whole month, and specify only the days that will have consultation hours.

Consultation Hours

To create a schedule for consultation hours, you need to enter the following data:

  • Select unavailable schedule for patients – if selected, these hours will not be bookable by patients but only through the administrative portal.
  • The organization it applies to – in case you have consultation hours in more than one clinic.
  • Type of consultation – remote or in-person.
  • Select a specific consultation or all of the specified type.
  • Start and end date for the schedule.
  • Specify certain days when you will work with this schedule.
  • Start and end time of the consultation hours.

Once saved, your schedule will be displayed on the platform’s calendar. The consultation hours for the patient will be distributed between the start and end times according to the duration of the selected consultations.

Break

For a break, you need to enter the following data:

  • The organization it applies to – in case you have consultation hours in more than one clinic.
  • Start and end date for the break.
  • Specific days of the week for which this break applies.
  • Start and end time of the break.

Once saved, the break schedule will be displayed on the platform’s calendar. Consultation hours for the patient will be distributed in the indicated time ranges according to the duration of the selected consultations, ensuring there are no consultations during the designated break hours.

Vacation

Entering vacation days (e.g., time off) is done via the “save vacation” button on the right side of the screen. By clicking on it, you can select the days for vacation/absence, and upon saving, they will be displayed on the calendar.

You can enter vacation for days that do not yet have a schedule, as well as for days that already have a consultation schedule. Once you enter vacation, consultation hours for that day will no longer be available to your patients.
