On this screen, you can view all your available appointments, with the option for calendar or list view, in either a monthly or weekly format.
Calendar
When selecting a day from the monthly calendar, all the booked appointments from patients for that specific day are displayed on the right side of the screen. When selecting a patient, you can choose from four consecutive options – to send a message to the patient, send an email, cancel the appointment, or open the appointment.
Appointments List
In the same section, at the top right, you see another view option for the information – “Appointments.” From here, you can see all upcoming appointments, listed chronologically. You again have the same options for managing the appointments and communicating with patients.
The buttons on the right serve to:
- Chat – quick access to chat messages with this patient on the platform
- Email – quick access to send an email to the patient
- Cancel Appointment – you can cancel an appointment that has not yet been conducted
- Open Appointment – you can record and save results, conduct a video call, view the patient’s shared data, and finalize the appointment.
