This page allows you to create, edit, and delete consultations and written consultations, as well as set prices.

Consultation

To add a new consultation, use the “Create Consultation” button in the top right and fill out the form with the following data:

  • Organization – in case you have consultations in different clinics.
  • Type of consultation – remote or in-person.
  • Marking the consultation as group – these are not included in the working hours schedule. A time for a group consultation is created through the Administrative Portal. When creating the time, the maximum number of patients that can join the group consultation is specified.
  • Prohibit patients from selecting the consultation – these consultations are not available to patients unless you send a direct link or you schedule an appointment through the Administrative Portal.
  • Questionnaire for the consultation.
  • Location of the consultation.
  • Consultation – paid or free.
  • Price.
  • Currency.
  • Payment – online, in-person, online or in-person. Available only for in-person consultations.
  • Allow patients to switch to a remote consultation – available only when in-person consultations are selected and paid online.
  • Duration – choose from a list.
  • Independent schedule for the consultation – allows different consultations to be scheduled at the same time.
  • Description.
  • Additional conditions – if specified, they must be accepted by the patient when booking an appointment for this consultation.

Payment Options

For in-person consultations, you can offer the following payment options to patients:

  • Restrict payment to online only, ensuring that the consultation is prepaid. Payment deadlines are up to half an hour if an appointment is scheduled within 24 hours of booking, and up to 24 hours if a later time is chosen. If payment is not made within the deadline, the consultations are canceled by the system.
  • Set payment to in-person only. This way, you need to mark the consultation as paid in the system upon the visit.
  • Allow online or in-person payment. In this case, the patient will not be required to pay before the consultation. The patient can pay online or in-person upon the visit.

For remote consultations, mandatory payment through the platform is required from the patient. The payment deadlines are:

  • No later than 24 hours before the consultation if it is scheduled more than 24 hours after booking.
  • No later than half an hour after booking if the consultation is scheduled within 24 hours.

Written Consultation

To add a new written consultation, use the “Create Written Consultation” button in the top right and fill out the form with the following data:

  • Organization – in case you have consultations in different clinics.
  • Type of consultation – paid or free.
  • Questionnaire for the consultation.
  • Currency.
  • Price.
  • Number of days for follow-up questions from the patient after the consultation is completed.
  • Your approximate response time (in hours).
  • Sequence number in the list.
  • Description.
  • Additional conditions – if specified, they must be accepted by the patient when booking an appointment for this consultation.

The created consultations and written consultations are displayed on the page and can be edited or deleted at any time using the buttons on the right.
