On this page, you have access to all messages with your patients. When you select a specific patient, the chat messages with them will open.

From the button on the right in the chat window, you can read the patient’s full medical information.

For each selected patient, you have the option for personalized chat settings with three options:

  • Block messages from this patient – the patient will not be able to send you chat messages even if they have a scheduled appointment with you.
  • Allow messages from this patient – the patient will be able to send you chat messages at any time, regardless of whether they have a scheduled appointment.
  • Select Automatic control – the patient will only be able to send you chat messages if they have a scheduled appointment. This will be valid for 14 days after the appointment is completed. After the 14 days have passed, they will need to schedule a new appointment to send you chat messages.
