Active consultations
This section contains all new paid consultations awaiting a response and all consultations to which you have responded at least once but have not yet completed.
For new consultations, a response deadline is specified. If you do not respond within the given time frame, the written consultation will be canceled by the system, and the amount paid by the patient will be refunded. The response time is counted from the moment the patient has paid for the written consultation.
The buttons on the right serve for:
- Medical history – will display all examinations of the selected patient, access to shared data, etc.
- Cancel consultation – you can cancel the consultation. In this case, the amount will be refunded to the patient.
- Open consultation – you can respond to the patient, save and record the result of the consultation, view the patient’s shared data, and complete the written consultation.
