The main panel of the platform offers many functionalities.

Patient

In this section, you can view basic information about your next patient, the type of appointment they have booked, and what it is related to. On the right side of the field, you have several buttons for different actions:

  • Chat – opens the chat message history with the patient, and you can send a new private message.
  • Medical History – opens the patient’s medical history, which contains a list of all consultations, communication, journal, documents, lab results, and other records.
  • Cancel Appointment – you can cancel the appointment with this patient.
  • Open Appointment – opens the appointment so you can conduct it, enter results, etc.

The information in the field can change depending on your choice of patient from the list on the right. If you do not have appointments for the selected day, you have the option to select the next closest upcoming appointment.

Appointments

In the section on the right, there is a calendar and a list of appointments for the selected day. By selecting an appointment, it loads into the Patient section.

Active Written Consultations

In the Active Written Consultations section, you can see statistics on the number of new, incomplete, and completed written consultations and a link to the page with all written consultations.
New consultations are those for which you have not yet provided an initial response.

Notifications

In this section, you will see notifications for new appointments or written consultations booked, for canceled appointments or written consultations.
