Settings

This screen allows you to change the units of measurement used in the application, the time format, consultation settings, and chat settings.

Consultation Settings:

• Automatic confirmation of consultations – when selected, all consultations booked by a patient will be automatically confirmed by the system without requiring your explicit confirmation. Please note that unconfirmed consultations cannot be paid for by the patient.
• Time to switch to an online consultation (hours) – how long before the appointment the patient can switch the consultation location.
• Deadline for booking an appointment – how many days before the consultation the patient can book the appointment. Additionally, the latest hour of the current day when appointments can be booked is specified.

Chat Settings (Global)

• Automatic control – in this case, personal settings apply entirely.
• Lock chats – in this case, you prohibit sending chat messages from all patients whose personal setting is not “Allow messages”.
• Use a schedule for unlocking – in this case, you need to select the days of the week and the time range during which chat messages will be allowed. The schedule applies to all patients whose personal setting is “Automatic control”.

*Personal chat settings take priority over the above. The global settings will apply to a specific chat only if the “Automatic control” option is selected in the personal settings. More information about personal settings can be found here.
