Traveling with Personal Information

Personal information must be handled confidentially and securely stored at all times. Faculty and students should not use e-mail to share passport copies or information. Students are required to submit their passport information and/or emergency medical and contact information only through the College’s secure sites such as Via TRM, the Hive/Pharos360 or Canvas.
