Required Forms

The College’s required forms for all students participating in an RMC study-travel course are available through Via TRM. All students participating in education abroad programs and, in some cases (i.e. students under 18), their parents/guardians are required to complete, sign, and submit these forms electronically before the deadline.

Please be advised that failure to submit all the required forms by the deadline will be reported to the Provost’s Office as well as to your course instructor(s) and may result in your removal from the program.
