Consumables

!Only PostProcess approved consumables should be used in the RADOR. Using third party consumables may void the warranty on the machine. Safety data sheets will be provided for all purchased consumables.

	Wear laboratory-style protective glasses.
	When working with or near detergents, always wear protective gloves.

Media

Polishing and abrasive medias are available for varying applications. Please consult a PostProcess Applications Engineer in order to acquire the correct media for specific applications. PostProcess offers several different types of media that can be matched to your application. Different considerations are:

• Matte Finish
• Plastic parts
• Metal Parts
• Fragile Parts
• Robust Parts
  

Detergent

All detergents will be shipped from PostProcess in 5-gallon buckets.

PLM-001-SURF
Required for all media types. Refer to the SDS for more information.

Waste Management

PostProcess can advise on disposal of waste water from the RADOR upon request. Please follow local guidelines when considering waste disposal solutions.
