Auto Setup Controls

The buttons on the right of the screen control access to basic navigation features. HOME – returns to the Home Screen. INFO – for current cycle operational data (see below). SETTINGS – for basic system settings. ALERTS – displays Alarm conditions. (See Alerts)

There are three primary settings (below) that can be selected on the Auto Setup screen. The settings chosen for a specific cycle is based on the properties of the part being finished.

AGITATION LEVEL	Settings 1 through 4 that control the energy level intensity.
	Key energy sources are ultrasonics agitation and the vortex flow of detergent. Selecting Level 1 will provide minimal ultrasonics and pump agitation, and Level 4 provides the highest.
TEMPERATURE	This is the temperature set point the system will maintain during operation.
	Press the blue Input button to enter the desired temperature. Note: The temperature shown in black is the current tank temperature.
TIME	This setting determines the cycle run time.
	Use the + and – buttons to increase or decrease the cycle time.

*During DEMI 400 Series operation for the default agitation configurations, the ultrasonics and the heater do not operate simultaneously.

*A PostProcess Application Engineer will discuss the optimal settings for your application during the initial setup.

After adjusting the settings for the part to be finished, use the buttons shown below to control the cycle.

	Press PLAY to initiate or resume a cycle.
	Press PAUSE to temporarily suspend processing while maintaining cycle time progress.
	Press STOP to end processing and reset cycle time.
