When working with or near detergents, use disposable Nitrile gloves of at least 5 mil (0.005”) thickness. Change gloves after each use. |
!Do not heat or use detergent at a temperature greater than the flashpoint indicated on the detergent’s SDS. See Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for additional information on use.
The DEMI 400 Series utilizes premixed PostProcess detergent developed for a specific print technology or application. The DEMI 400 Series has a capacity of 50 liters (13 gallons).
With the lid open, detergent is poured into the processing tank. As the processing tank reaches capacity, the detergent will begin to flow through the weir wall and into the overflow tank located to the left of the processing tank.
*Keep machine filled to fill line when in operation. Low level alarm will engage if the fluid level is too low to operate.

!Detergent will evaporate over time. Low level alarm will stop process immediately when the sensor is exposed. Fill system when the sensor trips before attempting to restart cycle.
